Title: DevOps Engineer
Location: Tampa, FL (Hybrid 3 days onsite)
Responsibilities:
- Identify new platform capabilities in coordination with multiple teams across the organization, infrastructure & other engineering teams.
- Actively participate in the architectural design, implementation, and management of new technologies to achieve these capabilities.

- Work with platform users to understand their issues & requirements, then translate them to platform wide improvements.
- Develop, maintain, and utilize technical documentation and architectural diagrams.
- Provides technical leadership and is responsible for developing components of, or the overall systems design.
- Guides, influences, and persuades others with developed communication and diplomacy skills.
- Performs other job duties and functions as assigned
Qualifications:
- 8+ years relevant experience Knowledge of Kubernetes/OpenShift deployments.
- Knowledge of PlantUML and C4 diagrams, JIRA , KANBAN
- Containerization and Microservices design
- Any other technical subject matter expertise that may be of value AWS, Data Architecture, API design, Apigee, AI tools
- Preferred experience in the Banking domain, particularly in compliance-driven environments
- Proven experience in managing assessment and PoC of strategic technologies.
- Strong communication skills, with the capability to advise on engineering topics at both a technical & executive level.
- Self-starter with ability to take the initiative and master new tasks quickly
- Execute proofs of concept to validate product and tool selections
- Formal training in application architecture methodologies, standards, and patterns
