Job Description
This role focuses on designing, deploying, and maintaining scalable infrastructure that supports complex data pipelines and distributed systems. You will build and optimize CI/CD workflows, manage containerized and Kubernetes-based environments, and ensure reliable, performant systems on Google Cloud Platform. The position requires close collaboration with engineering and data teams to streamline deployment processes, enhance observability, and support data operations across relational databases and lakehouse architectures.

Work Environment
This is a 100% remote position, offering flexibility to work from your preferred location while collaborating closely with distributed engineering and data teams. You will work in a modern cloud-native environment centered on Google Cloud Platform, leveraging tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, GitHub, GitHub Actions, Logstash, and Grok. The role involves working with Linux-based systems, CI/CD pipelines, and data platforms including RDBMS and lakehouse technologies. Communication and collaboration take place primarily through online tools and virtual meetings, enabling an environment that supports autonomy, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $58.00 - $64.00/hr.
