DevOps Engineer with Python and Salesforce
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
Primary skill: DevOps, CI/CD, Jenkins / GitHub Actions / GitLab CI, Python, Git, Salesforce Admin OR Unix/Linux, SSH / TLS, Shell/Bash scripting
Experience: Minimum 10 years
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities: • Maintain high standards of software quality as a control point for code delivery • Understand and troubleshoot complex CI/CD automation implementations • Drive developers to adopt best-practices • Package and support deployment of releases • Develop, refine, and tune integrations between applications
Required Qualifications
• 7+ years in Information Technology • 5+ years developing, implementing, supporting CI/CD solutions • Experience with source control management systems and code-branching strategies is required • Experience with one or more scripting or low-level programming language required. Python is preferred • Experience with agile development methodologies including Kanban and Scrum • Must possess strong analytical, research, technical, and problem-solving capabilities, and a demonstrated ability to broadly apply these skills • Must be autonomous/self-starter • Work efforts must be thorough and focused with strong attention to detail • Highly professional with strong communication skills (both written and verbal) • Proficiency in one of the following disciplines: Salesforce or Unix-based Operating Systems • Solid grasp of SSH & TLS concepts (SSH keys, certificates, etc)
Salary Range: $110,000-$125,000 a year
