We are seeking an experienced SAP Site reliability engineer with over 8+ years of SAP Functional roles experience preferably in Retail/IS Domain who can lead support specialists, define SLIs/SLOs, and collaborate with development teams to implement improvements. The role requires deep functional expertise, operational excellence, and the ability to ensure high availability, performance, and reliability of integration platforms.

Key Responsibilities
Operational Excellence: Maintain high system availability and performance, troubleshooting production issues, and Managing Incident and Change Management (RCA). Security Compliance: Coordinate security validation and ensure secure deliveries according to SAP standards. Team Leadership: Lead support specialists, define SLIs/SLOs, and collaborate with development teams to implement improvements.
