DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Administer and maintain application platforms and supporting infrastructure
- Ensure system availability, performance, and reliability across global sites
- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines
- Automate deployments, patching, and configuration management
- Implement Infrastructure-as-Code solutions
- Coordinate releases, updates, and environment promotions
- Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions
- Drive incident response and root cause analysis
- Enforce security, governance, and compliance standards
- Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and manufacturing teams
KPI:
- System uptime and availability
- Deployment success rate
- Incident response and resolution time
- Automation coverage
- Change failure rate
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field
- 5-8+ years of experience in system administration, DevOps, or platform engineering
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and release automation
- Knowledge of IIS, Windows Server, and/or Linux administration
- Experience with APIs, databases, and integrations
- Knowledge of secure coding practices and SDLC
- Experience with MES and ERP platforms is a plus
