Job Description:

Seeking a DFT Engineer with strong DFx and DFT experience. ATPG experience is not mandatory.

Required Skills:

• Siemens DFT tools experience.
• DFT insertion for SCAN (with SSN) and MBIST.
• MBIST repair implementation and verification.
• Generate test timing and place & route collateral.
• Strong knowledge of IJTAG (IEEE 1687), ICL, and PDL.
• Verification experience with Boundary Scan, JTAG, SCAN, MBIST, and High-Speed I/O.

Qualification:

• BE/Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related field.
