Title: DFT Engineer
Location: Santa Clara, CA

Job Summary:
Seeking experienced DFT Engineers with strong DFx and DFT expertise to support the development and implementation of Design-for-Test solutions. Candidates should have hands-on experience with Siemens DFT tools and DFT insertion, verification, and test collateral generation. ATPG experience is not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement DFT features including SCAN with SSN and MBIST.
• Perform MBIST repair implementation and verification.
• Generate test timing and Place & Route (P&R) collaterals.
• Work with IJTAG (IEEE 1687) and demonstrate strong understanding of ICL and PDL specifications.
• Verify DFT features including Boundary Scan, JTAG, SCAN, MBIST, and High-Speed I/O.
• Utilize the Siemens suite of DFT tools for DFT implementation and verification.
• Collaborate with design, verification, and physical implementation teams to support DFT requirements.

Required Skills:

• Strong DFx / DFT experience.
• Siemens DFT tools.
• SCAN/SSN and MBIST.
• MBIST Repair Implementation & Verification.
• IJTAG / IEEE 1687.
• ICL & PDL.
• Boundary Scan, JTAG, SCAN, MBIST, and High-Speed I/O verification.
• Test Timing and P&R collateral generation.

Qualification:

• BE/Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.

Additional Information:

• ATPG experience is not mandatory.
• Strong DFx and DFT skills are preferred.
• Only FTE candidates will be considered.
