Electrical Foreman - Commercial Construction

Pay Rate: $35-$40/hour DOE

This position is ideal for an experienced electrician who is ready to take the next step into a leadership role and oversee electrical crews, coordinate daily field activities, and help ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead commercial electrical crews.
- Coordinate daily manpower, assignments, and workflow.
- Read and interpret electrical blueprints, plans, and specifications.
- Oversee installation of commercial electrical systems and equipment.
- Monitor crew productivity, quality, and project progress.
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Superintendents, General Contractors, and other trades.
- Identify and resolve field issues and conflicts.
- Coordinate materials, equipment, and jobsite needs.
- Ensure work is completed according to project specifications and applicable electrical codes.
- Maintain OSHA and company safety standards.
- Inspect completed work for quality and accuracy.
- Train and provide direction to electricians and apprentices.
- Communicate project status, manpower needs, material requirements, and potential issues to project leadership.
Qualifications
- Commercial electrical construction experience required.
- Previous Electrical Foreman or Crew Lead experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of commercial electrical installation and construction practices.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical blueprints and drawings.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced construction environment.
- Knowledge of OSHA and jobsite safety requirements.
- Texas Journeyman Electrician license preferred based on project requirements.
- Valid driver's license.
- Ability to successfully complete required background and drug screening.
