Qualifications
- Strong machining background; good problem-solving skills
- Basic understanding of scheduling
- 1–3 years experience
- Good English communication (reading, writing, speaking)
Responsibilities
- Operate machines: lathes, milling, grinding, VTLs, Jig Bores, Bridgeport, Prototrack, drill presses, etc.
- Repair parts using drawings, blueprints, manuals, and instructions
- Determine dimensions, tolerances, and operation sequence
- Measure, mark, and prepare materials
Other Requirements
- Perform additional duties as needed
- Use judgment for minor decisions
- Moderate physical work (lifting/moving materials)
- Continuous attention to detail
- Standard shop working conditions
