Seeking a DH - Welder for a direct hire position in Windsor, CT, on 1st shift with a salary range of $30,929.60 - $41,912.00.
Responsibilities include preparing weld joints, performing manual and CNC TIG or EB welding, welding components, belt sanding, inspecting tools, documenting operations, maintaining quality standards, adhering to safety and ethical policies, and performing preventative maintenance.
Qualifications required include the ability to interpret blueprints and work-in-process documents, knowledge of welding procedures, strong communication and computer skills, self-motivation, team-building, and process improvement skills.
Preferred qualifications include fluency in English. Education requirements are a high school diploma or equivalent, certification to WD-001, and the ability to pass a reading test. Effective verbal and written communication skills in English are necessary.
