Job Summary (List Format):
- Develop and create training content for both online and live classroom formats to support Medicaid Direct and Medicaid Managed Care Training Projects.
- Design and write articles, job aids, tips, and educational resources to enhance employee learning.
- Utilize strong content development, writing, research, and instructional design skills.
- Support and facilitate live virtual meetings and events; deliver engaging presentations.
- Collaborate with internal teams including organizational development, training specialists, and administrative support staff.
- Use and maintain proficiency with tools such as Adobe Articulate (Storyline, Rise), Canva, Camtasia, MS Teams, and other Microsoft products.
- Develop training videos, microlearning modules, and utilize voiceover tools as needed.
- Work in a hybrid model with a requirement for 8 days per month onsite; standard hours Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm.
- Demonstrate excellent communication, collaboration, and professional interpersonal skills.
- Preferred experience includes developing HR curriculums and partnering with subject matter experts.
- Exhibit an interest in continuous learning, especially regarding new software and technology updates.
- Experience with adult learning practices, principles, and procedures is highly desired.
- Familiarity with the NC Medicaid Program and experience supporting county, regional, and state staff is a plus.
