Salary Range: $85,000 - $95,000 (based on experience, skills, and qualifications)
Location: 100% Remote (U.S.-based)
️ Up to 10% annual travel (for team meetings and limited client onsite engagements.)
A brief coding/auditing assessment may be included as part of the interview process.

What You Bring:
5+ years of DRG and/or APR DRG auditing and training experience
RHIT, RHIA, CCS, or CPC certifications (required)
Strong communication and presentation skills
Deep knowledge of DRG audit processes and compliance standards
Experience coaching others and developing training materials
Organized, detail-oriented, and great at giving feedback that makes a difference
