What You’ll Be Doing

• Perform advanced diagnostics on a wide range of vehicles
• Diagnose complex electrical, drivability, HVAC, and mechanical concerns
• Accurately identify root causes of vehicle problems rather than simply replacing parts
• Use advanced diagnostic scan tools, testing equipment, and service information effectively
• Interpret diagnostic trouble codes, wiring diagrams, test results, and vehicle data
• Perform accurate repairs based on diagnostic findings
• Communicate diagnostic findings and repair recommendations clearly with service advisors
• Maintain high standards of quality, accuracy, and workmanship
• Help support other technicians with difficult diagnostic concerns when needed

• Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and technical information
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Pride in performing accurate, quality repairs
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Own professional tools and toolbox required
• Automotive certifications or formal training preferred
