Job Title: Diagnostic Radiologist *100k Sign On Bonus* Location: Wellington, Florida Job Type: Per Diem, Part-Time, or Full-Time
Universal Radiology Partners of Florida is seeking a Diagnostic Radiologist to join our dedicated on-site team in Wellington, Florida. This role offers flexible weekday and weekend scheduling and is ideal for radiologists seeking full-time, part-time, or per diem opportunities within a collaborative hospital environment.
Youll work alongside a highly experienced group of clinicians and support staff in a modern facility committed to delivering accurate, timely imaging and exceptional patient care.
Position Highlights:
$100,000 sign-on bonus for full-time schedule
Pay structure RVU based
Weekday shifts: MondayFriday, 5:00 PM 11:00 PM
Weekend shifts: Saturday and Sunday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
One weekend per month required for per diem roles

Key Responsibilities:
Interpret diagnostic imaging studies, including X-rays, CT scans, MRIs, and ultrasounds
Provide accurate and timely reports to support clinical decision-making
Collaborate with referring physicians and healthcare teams on patient management
Participate in departmental case reviews, quality assurance, and clinical meetings
Maintain adherence to clinical protocols, safety standards, and regulatory guidelines
Complete documentation and communication using hospital EMR systems
Requirements:
Board certification in Diagnostic Radiology
Active Florida medical license or eligibility to obtain
Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
Availability for evening and/or weekend shifts, including one weekend per month
Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, hospital-based environment
