About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Diagnostic Mechanic to join our team at Meineke - 59 in Ronkonkoma, NY. As a Diagnostic Mechanic, you will play a crucial role in diagnosing and repairing automotive issues for our customers, providing top-notch service and ensuring their vehicles are safe and reliable.
Responsibilities:
- Perform diagnostic tests on vehicles to identify issues and provide accurate repair recommendations
- Conduct routine maintenance and repairs, including brake and engine services
- Communicate effectively with customers to explain vehicle issues and recommended repairs
- Utilize diagnostic tools and equipment to accurately diagnose and repair automotive problems
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience as an automotive technician or diagnostic mechanic
- ASE certification or equivalent technical training
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks

Compensation: $250.00 - $300.00 per day
