Job Description

Our organization stands as the largest multispecialty medical group in Oregon and southwestern Washington, comprising over 1,500 physicians and more than 300 administrative professionals dedicated to serving over 615,000 members. Owned and operated by physicians, we offer competitive salaries that are not tied to individual service provision. Our medical team includes board-certified specialists across more than 50 fields.

We are currently seeking applications for a Board Certified or Eligible Diagnostic Radiologist to become part of our team in Portland, OR. While fellowship training in Cardiothoracic is preferred, it is not mandatory. You will collaborate with a compassionate and integrated team of physicians, along with supportive clinical and administrative staff. Candidates should be adept at engaging with clinical colleagues, performing fluoro-guided procedures, presenting at conferences, and providing consultations efficiently. With a high volume of cases, you will have the opportunity to read a significant number of cases within this subspecialty, including support for cardiac studies.

  • A balanced call schedule, ensuring equitable distribution among all Diagnostic Radiologists.

  • A hybrid work model featuring a 4-day work week, with overnight call support from Nighthawk staff.

  • Access to a physician-friendly advanced Epic EMR system.

  • Potential for leadership roles within the medical group, if desired.

  • Eligibility for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF).

  • Options for 1.0 and 0.9 FTE schedules, with prorated compensation available.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Board Certified or Eligible in Diagnostic Radiology.

What We Offer:

  • Generous automatic employer-funded pension and retirement contributions totaling 21% of eligible clinician earnings, with optional additional employee contributions.

  • Competitive compensation structure that is not based on a fee-for-service model.

  • A pathway for physicians to become shareholders in our organization.

  • Paid annual education leave along with an annual education allowance.

  • Comprehensive benefits package, including largely employer-funded medical and dental insurance premiums, life insurance, and paid leave.

  • Full professional liability coverage at no cost, 100% reimbursement for obtaining and maintaining board certification, continuing medical education reimbursement, and in-house CME opportunities.

  • Total Rewards value ranging from $483,891 to $634,000 for a .9 FTE position.

Current Hiring Incentives for This Position:

  • Relocation assistance of up to $15,000.

  • Attractive sign-on and retention bonus totaling $55,000.

The annual salary for this role ranges from $448,380 to $487,350, taking into account the applicant’s skills, qualifications, degrees, certifications, training, market data, and other relevant factors. In addition to the salary range, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that significantly enhances the overall compensation.
