Diagnostic Radiologist - Remote "Off Hours" Partnership with Sign-on Bonus

Quantum Imaging and Therapeutic Associates (QITA), a 100% physician-owned private radiology group, is seeking a Diagnostic Radiologist to join our team reading remotely and focusing on off-hour coverage. This role offers a clear partnership track, exceptional earning potential, and a highly stable, non–private equity environment.

Position Highlights:

• Sign-on bonus; mean partner compensation $800K+ (range $650K–$1.3M)

• Requires a minimum of 1,560 hours per year comprised primarily of evening, overnight, or weekend shifts. 8-hour shifts.
