- Weekday hours: 7 AM - 5 PM; Weekend hours: 7 AM - 7 PM
- Up to 20 shifts available each month
- Electronic Medical Record system: Epic
- Active Illinois medical license is mandatory
- Board Certified/Board Eligible required
