End Date/Duration: Ongoing with 2-3 weeks of coverage per month
Shift: 11:00 PM 7:00 AM EST (overnight)
Hours/Week: 7+ shifts per month
Employment Type: Per Diem/Contract
Licenses/Certifications: DEA waiver, clean malpractice, BLS (not required if remote)
Experience: At least 7 shifts per month, case log submission required

What Youll Do
Interpret a variety of ED imaging cases, averaging 80-130 per 8-hour shift
Conduct diagnostic imaging reviews for emergency department patients overnight
Collaborate with a team of 2-3 residents and a single radiologist
Utilize Sectra PACS, Cerner EMR, and Powerscribe for dictation and reporting
Submit case logs and work in accordance with required protocols
Provide remote coverage within a designated schedule, ensuring timely diagnoses
Assist in teaching residents during overnight shifts
What You Need Required:
Medical license in Michigan or will obtain prior to start
DEA waiver (not DEA license)
Clean malpractice history
Minimum 7 shifts per month commitment
Experience with ED cases and case log submission
Preferred:
Previous experience in nuclear medicine or diagnostic radiology
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
