Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of diagnostic support experience.
• AAS or BS degree in Automotive Technology or equivalent experience.
• Experience in developing, using, and validating vehicle diagnostic applications.
• Knowledge of OEM diagnostic systems and tool platforms.
• Understanding of vehicle communications protocols (CAN FD, DOIP, etc.).
• Expert written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Preferences

• Volkswagen/Audi technical familiarity and dealership experience.
• ASE certified or willingness to become and maintain ASE Master Certification in categories A1-A8.
• Bachelor's degree in Automotive field or equivalent work experience.
• German language skills.
