Compensation: $60,000 to $80,000+ annually based on experience ($29-$38/hr) + performance bonuses
What You’ll Do
Diagnose complex drivability, electrical, and performance issues
Use advanced scan tools and diagnostic software to identify root causes
Work closely with service advisors to communicate findings clearly
Support and mentor other technicians when needed
Stay current with evolving technology, including hybrid and EV systems
Perform repairs with accuracy, efficiency, and attention to detail
What We’re Looking For
Strong diagnostic experience (electrical and drivability preferred)
ASE certifications preferred (reimbursement available)
Comfortable with modern diagnostic tools and technology
Interest or experience in hybrid/EV systems
Strong communication skills with both team and advisors
Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to help others
Clean, organized, and professional in your work habits
Positive attitude and commitment to continuous growth
