What You’ll Do:
The Area Manager, Post-Acute Services provides area clinical and operational leadership for Rendevor’s skilled nursing facility (SNF) dialysis programs, ensuring the consistent delivery of safe, high-quality, patient centered care. This role oversees daily operations, clinical performance, staffing, and compliance across multiple facilities aligning with Rendevor’s mission and G.R.E.A.T values. The Area Manager serves as the primary liaison between Rendevor leadership, clinical teams, and partner facilities – driving outcomes, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency across assigned area.

This job operates both remotely and in clinical dialysis environments within skilled nursing facilities. Regular travel is required to support multiple dialysis programs across assigned regions.
