• Overseeperformanceofsafeandeffectivehemodialysisfollowingallapplicableguidelines in multiple hospitals.
• Directandorganizemultiplehospital'shemodialysisprogram.
• Implementpoliciesforsafeandeffectivecare.
• Supervisedialysisstafftoensurehigh-qualitypatientcare.
• Representtheprogramwithinhospitalmanagementandcommunitysettings.
• Collaboratewithaninterdisciplinaryteamtocommunicatepatientconcernsandchanges promptly.

Qualifications:

• LicenseorCertification:

  • CurrentRNlicensureasperstateregulations.
  • BLS (CPR)certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
  • ACLSwithin1yearofhire.

  MinimumQualifications:

• Oneyearofinpatienthospitalexperience(preferred)

• Oneyearofdialysisnursingexperience(preferred).
• Inpatientrehabilitationexperience.
• Excellentcommunicationskills.
• Strongorganizationalandtimemanagementabilities.
• Criticalthinkingandproblem-solvingskills.
• Abilitytoworkindependentlyandmakeinformeddecisions.
