• Experience: Recent dialysis experience; Tablo machine, home health, or chronic care experience preferred

What You’ll Do

• Train and educate patients on the use of the Tablo Hemodialysis System for home dialysis.
• Guide patients through treatment setup, operation, and troubleshooting.
• Monitor patient competency and ensure safe at-home treatment.
• Provide ongoing support and reinforcement during training sessions.
• Collaborate with clinic teams to ensure continuity of care.
• Document training progress and patient outcomes accurately.
• Manage a patient load of approximately 2 to 3 training sessions per day.

What You Need
Required:

• Active RN license in Texas
• Recent dialysis experience
• Experience with the Tablo Hemodialysis System
• Strong patient education and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage training schedules

Preferred:

• Home health or chronic care experience
