What Youll Do:
Provide acute hemodialysis treatments for hospitalized patients, including ICU and medical-surgical cases
Administer scheduled Saturday dialysis sessions
Respond within 30 minutes during overnight on-call periods
Conduct comprehensive patient assessments before, during, and after treatments
Operate and troubleshoot the Tablo Hemodialysis System
Collaborate with nephrologists and interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient care
Document treatments accurately in electronic medical records
Maintain compliance with infection prevention and dialysis best practices
What You Need:
Valid Tennessee RN license or in a qualifying Compact State
At least 2 years of recent acute dialysis experience, ICU dialysis experience required
Current BLS and ACLS certifications
Proficiency with vascular access types and Tablo Hemodialysis System
Ability to work independently with strong critical thinking and communication skills
Willingness to respond promptly during on-call periods
