What Youll Do
Perform acute hemodialysis treatments for hospitalized patients, including ICU and medical-surgical populations
Conduct patient assessments before, during, and after dialysis treatments
Monitor treatment responses, vascular access, and patient stability throughout procedures
Collaborate with nephrologists, hospitalists, intensive care teams, and interdisciplinary staff to optimize outcomes
Document all treatments and patient care activities accurately in electronic medical records
Maintain compliance with hospital policies, infection control, and dialysis best practices
Support a compassionate, patient-centered care environment
What You Need
Required:
Current RN license in Tennessee or a Compact State
Minimum of 2 years recent acute dialysis experience, ICU dialysis experience required
BLS and ACLS certifications
Proficiency with vascular access types and Tablo Hemodialysis System
Ability to work independently and manage patient care autonomously
Strong critical thinking, communication, and assessment skills
Preferred:
Experience in acute care settings beyond dialysis
