- Experience: Minimum 2 years recent acute dialysis experience, ICU dialysis required
- Pay Rate: $51/hour

What Youll Do:- Perform acute hemodialysis treatments for hospitalized patients in ICU and medical-surgical units
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments before, during, and after dialysis treatments
- Monitor vascular access sites and patient stability throughout procedures
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including nephrologists and hospital staff to optimize patient outcomes
- Document all patient interactions accurately in the electronic medical record
- Ensure compliance with infection control and hospital policies
- Provide compassionate, patient-centered care in a fast-paced acute environment
What You Need:Required:- Active RN license in Tennessee or a Compact State
- Minimum 2 years of recent acute dialysis experience, including ICU dialysis
- Proficiency with all dialysis vascular access types
- Tablo Hemodialysis System experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- Ability to work independently and manage autonomous patient care
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
Preferred:- Experience working in a hospital acute care setting
