Pay & Benefits

• Pay Rate: $52.00/hour (local rate)
• Weekly pay: $2,280 (gross for 40 hours)
• Additional Pay: Travel pay rate of $27/hour; weekly per diem of $1,200

What You’ll Do

• Administer acute hemodialysis treatments to hospitalized patients across ICU and medical-surgical units
• Operate the Tablo Hemodialysis System safely and effectively
• Conduct thorough patient assessments before, during, and after treatments
• Monitor vital signs, treatment parameters, and vascular access sites
• Manage vascular access types including AV fistulas, grafts, and catheters
• Collaborate with nephrologists, hospitalists, and multidisciplinary teams
• Document treatments, assessments, and interventions accurately
• Uphold infection prevention and safety standards
• Function independently in a fast-paced hospital environment to ensure patient safety and high-quality care

What You Need
Required:

• Valid Arizona RN license or Compact license
• Minimum 2 years recent acute dialysis experience in a hospital setting
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Proficiency with all dialysis vascular access types
• Experience with the Tablo Hemodialysis System
• Ability to independently perform dialysis treatments and respond swiftly to patient needs

• Strong assessment and critical-thinking skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to adapt rapidly to new clinical environments
