National Certification, not a State License
Tech to Patient Ratio: 1:1
They will work with a Sanderling RN via Zoom as well as a RN on site.
No medications other than saline, floor RN pushes meds
Experience: Prefer a minimum of 6 months experience
Machine: NX- Stage
Volume: Varies by census
They can work 5-12 hours a day, but guaranteed a 36 hour workweek.
If no patients scheduled, they will get paid for the day, but basically be on call for the shift
Call: Rotating - Evening Call - 7p-7a
Call Rate per hour
3 days a week and every other weekend
