Direct Hire - Die Casting Operator - St. Joseph County, MI
We're partnering with a growing manufacturing company seeking an experienced manufacturing professional with strong process, troubleshooting, and automation experience to support a highly technical production environment.
Responsibilities include:
Operating and troubleshooting automated production equipment
Monitoring process performance and making adjustments to maintain product quality
Supporting tooling changeovers, machine upkeep, and process improvements
Working closely with engineering and maintenance teams to reduce downtime and scrap
Assisting with automation systems, robotics, and production documentation
Qualified candidates will have:
3-5+ years of experience in a technical manufacturing environment
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
Experience with industrial automation and robotic systems
Ability to read blueprints and technical documentation
Familiarity with process improvement and quality-focused manufacturing
Additional experience with maintenance, hydraulics/electrical systems, material handling equipment, or industrial safety practices is highly valued.

Pay Details: $30.00 to $35.00 per hour
