General Die Casters, Inc is a privately owned, Twinsburg-based manufacturing company producing industry-leading casting quality and providing best in class customer service. Responsibilities

Ø Maintenance: Installing, monitoring, troubleshooting, adjusting and repairing industrial die casting production machinery. This position involves working with electrical (120-480AC and lower AC/DC control voltage), mechanical, robotic (Fanuc), pneumatic and hydraulic systems and schematics.

Ø Various positions with more/less experience (and increased pay) are available!!

Qualifications

Ø Experience in PLC’s, wiring, welding, pipefitting, power and hand tools, micrometers, calipers, hoists, multimeters, tow motor operation.

Ø Experience with hydraulic shot-ends, ShotScope monitoring, and Visi-trak control systems are a plus.

Ø Good communication, troubleshooting, and problem-solving with minimal supervision.

Ø Able to work full-time and possibly some overtime.

Ø Able to lift up to 40 pounds

3rd shift: 11pm-7am
