We're looking for a hands-on, reliable Die-Cut Machine Operator who takes pride in producing high-quality work and wants to be part of a team that values quality, accountability, and continuous improvement. What You'll Do Set up and operate die-cutting machines Prepare and install dies (registration, make-ready, matrix) Inspect product to ensure quality standards are met Pack finished goods (counting, labeling, boxing, palletizing) Complete production paperwork accurately Perform basic machine maintenance Maintain a clean, tour-ready work area What We're Looking For High School Diploma or GED Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail Basic math skills and ability to read a tape measure Dependable, team-oriented, and self-motivated Work Environment Manufacturing environment with moderate noise; requires standing, machine operation, and material handling.
