    Description

    Respectful Recruiting is a leading recruiting firm within the Production/Printing and Flexographic industry. Our client, located in Waukesha County, is looking to add Die Cutters Machine Operators to their team. Our client runs 10+ label printing machines across three shifts. The shift is Friday-Sunday 6:00 PM to 6:30 AM.


    The main responsibilities of the Die Cutters / Machine Operator are:
    • Perform rewind/inspection work: inspect all products as they are rewound off presses
    • Assist in the set-up of the finishing equipment
    • Inspect finished products based on supplied specifications and standard quality criteria
    • Package finished products based on supplied specifications and standard packaging criteria
    • Monitor the daily ship list; communicate with the Production Manager on progress/problems
    • Maintain a positive, professional attitude
    • Maintain competency with the tools, resources, and processes used in daily work
    • Abide by company safety rules and procedures to maintain a safe and clean work environment

    Physical Demand requirements of the Die Cutters / Machine Operator are:
    • Must be able to lift 50 pounds occasionally, less weight more frequently
    • Team lift or use appropriate equipment to move tooling and paper over 50 pounds throughout the day
    • Must be able to stand for prolonged periods of time, with regular twisting and bending

    Minimum requirements of the Die Cutters / Machine Operator are:
    • High School Diploma or equivalent
    • Attention to detail
    • Experience/comfortable in a manufacturing environment
    • Self-motivated, able to work well independently
    • Ability to work efficiently, accurately
    • Good communication skills
    • Desire to help team succeed

    • Show up to work on time everyday
