Die Cutter Operator
Schedule: Mon through Wed 5am-5pm
Pay: Based on experience

Join our dynamic team as a Die Cutter Operator and play a vital role in the manufacturing process that brings precision and quality to life. As a key contributor, you'll be responsible for setting up and operating sophisticated die cutting equipment to produce top-quality paperboard, cardboard, plastic, and other materials. Your expertise ensures that each cut meets exact specifications, contributing to our commitment to excellence and efficiency. Required Skills:

• Experience operating die cutting machinery
• Ability to read and interpret technical specifications and work orders
• Strong attention to detail and quality control
• Basic troubleshooting and troubleshooting skills
• Knowledge of safety procedures and PPE requirements
• Ability to perform routine equipment inspections and basic maintenance
• Good organizational and record-keeping skills

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with aerator systems and material feeding processes
• Knowledge of production data recording and quality inspection techniques
• Previous experience working with paperboard, cardboard, or plastic materials

Preferred Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment, ideally in die cutting or related machinery operation

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with accuracy
• Commitment to safety standards and protocols
• Willingness to work overtime or on weekends as needed
