What You'll Do as a Die Cutter Operator:- Set up, operate, and monitor die cutting (including folding and gluing) equipment to produce products that meet customer specifications, quality standards, and food safety requirements
- Lead and coordinate daily production workflow for folding and gluing operations to meet safety, quality, and efficiency goals
- Assign tasks and provide direction, training, and support to Folding & Gluing Operators and Packers
- Verify cutting, folding, creasing, perforating, and glue application accuracy to ensure finished product quality
- Monitor production performance and troubleshoot equipment or process issues, escalating concerns when necessary
- Complete and maintain accurate production, quality, and food safety documentation
- Follow and promote food safety policies, GMPs, hygiene standards, and contamination prevention practices
- Maintain a clean, organized, sanitary, and safe work environment while complying with all safety policies and procedures
What You Need to Bring to the Die Cutter Operator Role:- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Prior experience in folding and gluing, converting, or a manufacturing/production environment
- Strong understanding of folding and gluing processes, quality standards, and production workflows
- Mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot equipment and process issues
- Prior lead, trainer, or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong communication skills with the ability to provide direction and work collaboratively
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods and lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally
- Willingness to follow company policies, safety rules, assigned schedules (including overtime), and food safety standards
