Die Mounter - 1st shift

Die Mounter- Manufacturing  Principal Manufacturing is seeking an Die Mounter to join our team in Broadview, IL. As a leader in fineblanking, conventional stamping and plastic injection molding, Principal Manufacturing sets itself above the competition.As a Die Mounter, responsible mounting dies and ensuring dies are ready for the press room. Major Duties and Responsibilities:Operate and adjust equipment to maintain proper work procedures.Report accurate production information to the supervisor and in Plex.Maintain and efficiently perform production assignment/ expectations from Supervisor within allotted time period per the production schedule, while following work instructions.Ability to mount all dies to mounting plates.Learn to maintain dies, clean dies and organize dies.Operate the forklift and overhead crane to move dies throughout the shop room while using the proper safety standards provided by PMC.Required Skill/Knowledge: Demonstrated ability to read measuring equipment i.e. calipers, micrometers, etc.Understands necessary tools and instructions to ensure quality of work.Demonstrate basic mathematical skills.Basic computer skills.Demonstrated attention to detail.2 years' experience in punch press manufacturing We offer paid holidays, PTO, 401K matching and medical benefits.
