Previous work experience in manufacturing, automotive, or related industries.
Equipment Operation Experience: Familiarity with the operation of manufacturing equipment and tools relevant to the specific industry is often preferred.
Mechanical Aptitude: Strong mechanical aptitude and technical skills are essential for this role. Candidates should have a good understanding of mechanical systems, tools, and equipment.
Problem-Solving Skills: The ability to troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and implement effective solutions is crucial for success in this role.
