Die Setter – Direct Hire
Pay: $25–$30/hour

We are currently seeking an experienced Die Setter to join our team in a direct hire opportunity. This is a great chance to secure a stable position with competitive pay and a consistent schedule.
Schedule:
Monday – Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
(Enjoy a 3-day weekend every week)
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and change dies in stamping presses according to production requirements
- Ensure proper alignment, safety, and functionality of equipment
- Perform troubleshooting and minor adjustments during production runs
- Work closely with production and maintenance teams to meet output goals
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Qualifications:
- Previous die setting experience required
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools preferred
- Commitment to safety and quality
