We are currently seeking an experienced Die Setter to join our team in a direct hire opportunity. This is a great chance to secure a stable position with competitive pay and a consistent schedule.
Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Enjoy a 3-day weekend every week)
Key Responsibilities:
Set up and change dies in stamping presses according to production requirements
Ensure proper alignment, safety, and functionality of equipment
Perform troubleshooting and minor adjustments during production runs
Work closely with production and maintenance teams to meet output goals
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Qualifications:
Previous die setting experience required
Strong mechanical aptitude
Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools preferred
Commitment to safety and quality
