Die Setter

Schedule:

**1st Shift:** 7:00 AM–3:30 PM / **2nd Shift:** 3:30 PM–12:00 AM

Job Summary:

We are seeking experienced Die Setters to support manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have previous experience setting, changing, and adjusting dies while ensuring equipment is properly prepared for production.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and change dies according to production requirements.
• Perform adjustments to maintain proper machine operation.
• Inspect setups and identify potential production issues.
• Follow production schedules, quality standards, and safety procedures.
• Work closely with machine operators and production leadership.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Qualifications:

• Previous die-setting or related manufacturing experience.
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work safely around manufacturing equipment.
• Dependable attendance and ability to work assigned shift
