We are seeking a dependable Die Setter/Press Operator for our manufacturing plant in Danbury, CT.

In this role, you will set up stamping dies, troubleshoot issues, perform inspections, and operate press machinery with minimal supervision.

Requirements include 3-5 years of experience with auto power presses, reading blueprints, using precision inspection tools, and performing routine maintenance. Strong mechanical skills, organizational ability, and the capacity to lift 50 lbs are essential.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, vocational training preferred, and US citizenship.
