WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR IN A DIESEL MAINTENANCE COORDINATOR

If you meet the following criteria, we want you as our Diesel Maintenance Coordinator!

• 10+ years of diesel repair, fleet service, or heavy equipment maintenance
• Strong diesel diagnostics and repair experience
• Comprehensive mechanical knowledge (fabrication, electrical, air brakes, alignment, shocks/struts, tires, assembly)
• Familiarity with operating heavy equipment, such as forklifts and excavators
• Ability to read schematics and troubleshoot complex systems
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to perform heavy lifting

Additional experience supervising teams or leading shop operations is preferred.

DAY-TO-DAY

This full‑time role operates Monday–Friday from 8 AM–5 PM, with possible Saturday hours from 8 AM–1 PM.

In this position, you'll support daily workflow by coordinating diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on diesel engines, transmissions, hydraulics, HVAC systems, and major vehicle systems. You'll oversee maintenance on trucks, trailers, and heavy‑equipment assets, assist technicians with technical challenges, ensure safety compliance, track labor and parts usage, and communicate repair needs and recommendations to customers. Your efforts will keep operations organized, efficient, and consistently aligned with company standards.
