What You Bring to the Table: - 2+ years of hands-on experience in forklift or heavy equipment maintenance
- Solid understanding of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
- Strong troubleshooting chops and a get-it-done attitude
- Comfortable lifting heavy equipment and working in various positions

- Basic computer skills for tracking work and logging repairs
