Mechanic (CDL Required) - Bay City
Full-Time | Monday-Friday

Join Fabiano Brothers as a Mechanic and play a key role in keeping our fleet safe, reliable, and on the road. This is a hands-on position ideal for someone whoenjoys problem-solving and working in a fast-paced environment.

Schedule:
Monday-Friday. Start times vary, with a combination of mid-morning and afternoon shifts, ending in the evening.

What You'll Do:
  • Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on company vehicles and equipment
  • Diagnose mechanical issues and complete timely repairs
  • Conduct inspections to ensure vehicles meet safety and compliance standards
  • Maintain accurate service records and documentation
  • Keep work area clean, organized, and safe
  • Work closely with team members to support fleet operations
What You Need:
  • Valid CDL (required)
  • Experience in vehicle maintenance and repair (diesel experience preferred)
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Reliable and dependable with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical work
