Role Description This full-time, on-site Diesel Mechanic role is based in Beeville, TX. The Diesel Mechanic is responsible for inspecting, diagnosing, and repairing diesel-powered vehicles and heavy equipment to ensure safe and reliable operation. Day-to-day tasks include performing routine and preventive maintenance, troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues, completing required service documentation, and coordinating with supervisors on repair priorities. The role also involves conducting safety checks, maintaining a clean and organized work area, and following company and regulatory safety procedures at all times. Collaboration with operations staff and other technicians to minimize downtime and support field activities is an essential part of the position.\n
Qualifications

• Strong skills in Diesel Mechanics and experience working with Heavy Equipment.

• Proficiency in Vehicle Maintenance, including diagnostics, repair, and service documentation.

• Experience with Equipment Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance programs to reduce downtime.

• Ability to read and interpret service manuals, technical diagrams, and work orders.

• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in a shop and field environment.

• Relevant technical certification or vocational training in diesel technology or related field preferred.

• Previous experience as a diesel or heavy equipment mechanic in an industrial, construction, or transportation setting is beneficial.
