LSI Staffing is looking for an experienced Maintenance Mechanic to join a leading industrial machinery and equipment company!

If you’re mechanically skilled and enjoy hands-on troubleshooting and repair, we want to hear from you!

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs
• Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical issues
• Repair, rebuild, and replace mechanical components
• Work on semi-trucks, trailers, forklifts, and industrial equipment
• Work with bearings, belts, chains, gears, shafts, motors, pumps & more
• Assist with equipment installation, disassembly, relocation & alignment
• Use hand tools, power tools & mechanical testing equipment
• Read mechanical drawings, manuals & schematics
• Assist with millwright and machinery-moving projects
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment
• Follow OSHA and company safety requirements

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
• Maintenance Mechanic, Diesel Mechanic, Industrial Mechanic, Millwright, or similar experience
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills
• Experience working on semi-trucks, trailers, forklifts, or industrial machinery
• Ability to use hand & power tools
• Hydraulic/pneumatic experience a plus
• Welding/fabrication experience a plus
• Ability to read mechanical drawings & schematics
• Comfortable working around heavy machinery
• Strong safety awareness and attention to detail
• Reliable transportation

PAY: $25–$35 PER HOUR, DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE
