Diesel Mechanic

Beauregard Equipment, Inc. is seeking skilled and motivated Technicians to join our growing team in Hermon, ME. In this role, you’ll diagnose, repair, and maintain construction and agricultural equipment while helping keep our customers operating safely and efficiently.

What You’ll Do

• Diagnose and repair construction and agricultural equipment across a variety of systems, including engines, hydraulics, transmissions, and electrical components
• Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and mechanical repairs
• Communicate repair recommendations and equipment status with the Service Manager and team
• Document all work performed accurately and efficiently
• Prepare new and used equipment for sale, including installation of attachments and components
• Attend and successfully complete factory and manufacturer training programs
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Deliver exceptional service that supports customer uptime and satisfaction

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in diesel mechanics, heavy equipment repair, or hydraulics preferred
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to continue learning
• Familiarity with computer diagnostics is an asset; training available for the right candidate
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
• Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
• Valid driver’s license required
• Own and maintain personal set of tools required

Pay Transparency

The expected hourly pay range for this position is $23–$28 per hour, depending on experience, technical skills, certifications, and overall qualifications. Additional compensation opportunities may be available through overtime and advancement opportunities.
