You will conduct preventative maintenance, inspections, and repairs on heavy-duty trucks, trailers, and construction equipment. Utilizing industry-standard diagnostic tools and software, you will diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues. You will coordinate with the office and customers to source necessary parts, maintain thorough documentation of all work performed, and ensure customer fleets remain compliant with DOT and FDOT regulations. You will also support and mentor junior technicians and uphold the standards of quality for which Rite Wrench is known.Mobile Diesel Mechanic Requirements:2+ years of diesel mechanic experience (mobile or shop)Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skillsFamiliarity with brake, electrical, suspension, and hydraulic systemsClean driving recordSelf-starter attitude with the ability to work solo and represent our brandSolutions-first mindset and respect for time, tools, and customersExperience with diagnostic software and tools (preferred)Commercial driver's license (CDL) (preferred)READY TO APPLY?We invite you to submit your application through our mobile-friendly application process and take the next step in your career as a Diesel Technician.
