Schedule: Monday to Friday / 5:00 AM to 4:00 PM (50 hour week)

Master Diesel Mechanic – Work on Everything That Moves! 

Are you a diesel pro who loves variety and challenge? Join our team and work on an exciting mix of heavy equipment—from massive excavators to precision forklifts, road-ready trucks to specialized trailers. 

What You'll Do: 
  • Diagnose, repair, and maintain diesel engines, trailers, and heavy equipment.
  • Troubleshoot fuel, brake, transmission, hydraulic, suspension, exhaust, and electrical systems.
  • Use diagnostic software and tools, including Davie 4, to identify and resolve issues.
  • Perform preventive maintenance to maximize equipment uptime and reliability.
  • Test equipment after repairs to ensure safe operation and performance.
  • Maintain accurate maintenance and repair records in compliance with DOT and company standards.
  • Follow all OSHA and DOT safety requirements.

What You Bring: 
  • 3+ years of diesel mechanic experience, preferably with trailers and mixed heavy equipment.
  • Experience working on trucks, trailers, excavators, forklifts, loaders, and similar equipment.
  • Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
  • Knowledge of hydraulic and electrical systems.
  • Experience with Davie 4 diagnostic software.
  • Commitment to safety and quality workmanship.

Required Certifications: 
  • Foundation Brake Certification (required).
  • Cummins Certification (preferred).
  • CDL license preferred but not required.

Work Environment & Physical Demands: 
This role operates in a high-heat, dusty, and noisy manufacturing setting. Must be comfortable working in an industrial environment. Expect to perform physically demanding tasks (bending, climbing, pushing, etc.), repetitive movements, and lifting from 50-75 lbs. PPE provided.
