Responsibilities:
· Follow all safety policies, procedures, and regulations while performing service work
· Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain heavy construction equipment and attachments
· Inspect and test equipment to identify mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and powertrain issues
· Disassemble and reassemble engines and components according to manufacturer specifications
· Read and interpret service manuals, schematics, technical documents, and work orders
· Research repair requirements and coordinate parts procurement as needed
· Maintain accurate service documentation, reports, and repair records
· Participate in ongoing technical and manufacturer-sponsored training programs
· Load and unload equipment and components as required
· Support service department operations and assist other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
· Maintain technical knowledge of equipment and product lines supported by the organization
