MasterTech is on the search for experienced Diesel Mechanics in Monroe, NC.
The successful Diesel Mechanics will be responsible for the maintenance, diagnostics, and repair of a diverse line of diesel trucks and equipment in a shop setting.
Compensation:
- $30.00 - $40.00/hour. Higher wages available based on experience.
- $1500.00 sign-on bonus.
- Quarterly profit sharing opportunities.

Shift:
- Day shift, Monday to Friday. 7AM start time. Overtime available.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience as a Diesel Mechanic (diesel trucks, trailers, heavy equipment, etc.).
- Good understanding of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
- Education from an accredited Technical School is preferred, not required.
- Valid driver's license in good standing required, CDL preferred.
- Able to pass pre-employment background checks.
- Has basic to full set of hand tools.
